Vtiger CRM allows you to easily integrate various SMS services, in order to automatically send SMS to contacts and leads. Once the provider has been chosen, the system then allows you to define its parameters to be able to connect to the service, using a specific mask that allows you to define specific settings.

Skebby SMS Gateway

On our Customer demand, we have integrated the list of possible sms sending services with Gateway SMS of Skebby , and we have started a collaboration with an italian company that offer this service, used by 45.000 customers all over the world.

Integration supports all types of available SMS on Skebby: "Basic", "Classic" and "Classic Plus". With the workflow engine present in Vtiger it is possible to automatically send SMS messages, for example to collaborators, agents, leads and or customers.
