Facebook requires some data and sector from the company that wants to use the Whatsapp Business API. Moreover Facebook wants knowthe kind of use that will be made of the API. To start the login procedure, you need to contact a Facebook partner provider.
Once this first phase is completed, the API can be integrated into the CRM. The messages to initiate a conversation with the customer are configured on templates to be followed, if you want to obtain the customization you need the authorization of Facebook, as long as they are not messages for advertising purposes, which are absolutely not allowed. If the conversation is initiated by the customer, a pre-authorized template is not required for the reply. A maximum of 15 messages per second can be sent and the recipient must have agreed to the reception. The messages sent have a cost of a few euro cents and the billing is issued by the third-party provider, partner Facebook.
